1. Overview

To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to our affiliate program at our sole discretion. To get paid you must have a W-9 form registered with us.

3. Commission Structure

We offer a commission to our affiliates for each sale that is made through their unique affiliate link or using thier code. The commission percentage will be determined by us and may be changed at any time without notice.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold of $10 has been reached (can still be used for in store credit). If the minimum payout threshold has not been reached, commissions will be rolled over to the following month. Payments will be made via in store credit or other agreed-upon payment method.

5. Use of Affiliate Links

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their unique affiliate link is used in all promotions and marketing materials. We reserve the right to reject any commissions earned through the use of unauthorized or inappropriate marketing practices.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not engage in any activities that are harmful to our brand or reputation, including but not limited to:

• Using spam or unsolicited email to promote our products
• Making false or misleading claims about our products or services
• Engaging in any form of deceptive marketing practices
• Using our trademarks, logos or copyrighted materials without our express written permission

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason. In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions to ensure compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the participation in our affiliate program.
